Tom was a hard-working good man. I will forever hold dear the memories of him and the wonderful Stambeck farm. We lived on a farm up the road from the Stambeck farm ….shortly after we moved in Gail and Cathy became friends to us Conklin sisters. Tom was a good sport when our horses would get out and end up down on his farm. Tom dealt with all of us kids through snowball fights, horse riding tricks and racing our horses through the vineyards, wrestling in the mud puddles after a good rain, learning how to ride bicycles, climbing corn cribs and trees and all the fun things kids do. Tom helped teach us a lot about farm chores, bailing hay and getting chores done the right way. We were city slickers and new nothing about farming. Of course behind every successful man is a good woman … that would be Tom’s wonderful wife Donna who always made the best cookies and rice crispy treats. My deepest sympathy to you Donna ?❤️ and to Gail and Cathy and the entire Stambeck family. May the memories you hold dear help pull you through this difficult time of sorrow.

If a person could work themself to death Tom would have been lost a long time ago. So good to know he still had the will to improve his farm the day before he passed. Rest in peace you've earned it!
