Kayla's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Kayla here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
I am so lucky I got to share my name with such a beautiful soul. I'm really going to miss our text messages everytime someone got us confused in this tiny town. Kayla was such a kind person who wanted to be friends with everyone. Sending my love and prayers during this extremely difficult time. Love, Kayla Betker (Ruth and Richard Betker's granddaughter)

Kayla was a ray of sunshine. Every time I walked into the bank, she was there with a smile. Kayla was gentle, kind, loving and had a servant's heart. I am incredibly sad to hear of her passing and my heart goes out to her family and all who knew and loved her. Kayla will be deeply missed.

Kayla was such a beautiful, funny, sweet person. She always had a way to make me laugh out loud. Kayla was so caring and supportive. We had so many great times at work. I heavily regret not being able to see her one last time. Kayla, remember you're cute. And I will forever keep you in my heart. I will miss you greatly. May you finally find peace.

Kayla was always so happy, her smile lit up a room. Her and my daughter lizzie were great friends. Kayla was like a daughter to me. She had a heart of gold. I'm so sorry for your loss. Kayla will always live in everyone she touched. Enjoy those beautiful sunsets in heaven Kayla.

Our daughter has never called anyone her best friend until Kayla. She most likely never will again. We owe her everything for helping her through the most painful days of her life. We're hurt and angry and all the things you would expect when someone so beautiful has been so misused. We'll remember her all the days of our lives and look forward to reuniting with her on the other side.

Even though I only knew her for a year, it felt like so much longer. She loved Starbucks almost as much as she loved her cat, Nala. Kayla would brighten the day of everyone around her. She was a light that was taken too soon. Kayla is deeply missed by everyone who knew her. Fly high, angel

I worked with Kayla for several years and loved her smile and the way she cared for others. She was a bright light to those around her.
