Oh Gary. You made my friend a very happy girl. You became a friend to my husband and a work buddy of my mom. I will remember you as you and your friend sat at the end of the bar at Tosis waiting for Kathy to be done at work as her and I counted our loot from the haul of the evening. Rest in peace Sir and thank you for your service. Happy birthday to you and our condolences to Kathy and her familia.

I was 21, straight out of college in 1971, and I met Gary at Ford. He was crazy, entertaining beyond belief and way more intelligent than most gave him credit for. He had the unique ability to influence people in all walks of life. We had some incredible times at NPD..... and a trail of friendship that extended over the years. Life happened and our time together gradually subsided, but we always enjoyed talking to each other. You can trust me, I'm in sales...that was his punchline. You'll be missed by many. Thanks for befriending me so many years ago.

I was 21 when I met you, you made me laugh. Larry introduced us and then proceeded to tell you you all were out of toilet paper. Your response to that was no we aren't and you opened your briefcase and you had taken to from NPD!!!! You always made me laugh, I will miss you π

I didnβt know you well but Kathy use to say we were a lot alike. We liked the same foods, music and neither of us liked being cold. I want to thank you for being a kind, generous man. I think we would have been great friends. I will look after Kathy. Rest well, your time here has ended. Go in Peace. Much love to Kathy and her family. My heart hurts for them all. Much love, peace and comfort I send to all of them. In deepest sympathy, Emie Gallagher
