Grandpa Ott as I will remember him was a great man. I will hold my memories close to my heart of all of my times spent there. Running through the grapes, dounuts with him at the coffee shop, playing in his huge yards at both houses, he may not have been my blood grandpa but he was still my grandpa and never treated us any different. I love you grandpa ott you will be missed greatly.

Charlie was a good friend even though he was 6 years older. He bought the 35 acre farm on Lincoln and Rocky Weed rds where I grew up in 1974 from Wharton who bought it from my father in 1962. My father's mother, Augusta, bought the farm in 1908 and sold it to my father in 1933. Charlie sold the farm to Kilgore in 1992. I moved to Texas in 1957 and lost contact with my Michigan friends. Charlie was a great guy and I know he will be greatly missed.
