Dear Ed. I am so very sorry about losing Barb. I really wanted to come see you on Wednesday, but she died exactly one year after my husband was buried and I didn't think I could see anyone, including a close friend like you, without becoming so emotional. I know what a hard and lonely year I've had and my heart breaks for you and your entire family after suddenly losing such a beautiful, amazing lady. From personal experience, the coming days and months will be extremely difficult especially with all the holidays coming up. My husband died in my arms in 20 minutes from a pulmonary embolism 8 days after knee surgery. The shock of losing your wife suddenly will be with you for a very long time and I'm very sorry. May she rest in peace. God Bless you and your entire family from our entire family. Judi

Barb was a beautiful person inside and out. She was selfless, patient, and kind. We were so very blessed to have her at the middle school as our secretary. She was not only our co-worker, but she was our friend. My prayers go out to her family, and I am so sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. She was the best school secretary anyone could ask for. She was a person you could go to for comfort and to feel safe. She would always give you that smile and you would just know everything was going to be ok! She was a great woman and will be missed deeply. My heart goes out to Ed and the family.

I remember Barb from all the family get togethers at our Grandmothers home. Barb was always friendly. It is so sad to hear about this. Becky and I have all of Barb's family in our prayers.
