Bob was an All-Phase colleague, friend, and many years ago, a fellow Lion's Club member. We both had the privilege of knowing Bob and Karen and sharing many happy times. He will be missed and we send our sincere condolences to Karen and the family. Barb and Bill Vegter

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was so kind and thoughtful. Aside from babysitting your boys, I worked in your basement when you first started the business. What sweet people your family was. Blessings to you all during this difficult time. Joan Kuhn Peden

Bob was an amazing person. He had such a great attitude, dry wit and loved to talk about his family and sons. I will dearly miss him as we all will. My condolences to the Rhoa family and Karen during this difficult time. Mark & Mary Wortman

I worked at All-Phase Electric in the 1980's. Bob Rhoa was my boss before he formed Lake Michigan Mailers. He was a fair, kind, understanding leader. My sympathies to his family at this time of his goodbye. Sincerely, Kathy Jillson

Wayne and I so enjoyed spending time with Bob & Karen. Some of my best memories of Bob include him piloting their boat down the river, cheering at ND's hockey games and bopping about the neighborhood in his golf cart moving rocks. Always on the move & always helping others. Several years ago I started to ask Wayne WWBD (What Would Bob Do)? He will be greatly missed.

It was a pleasure knowing Bob. He would sometimes pick up mail when the regular driver was not available. He was kind and cordial. God bless Bob's family. You have our deepest sympathy during this difficult time. God bless the family.

What a wonderful, tough boss. He never asked me to do anything he wasn't willing to do. He gave me a chance to change careers that made a big difference in my life. I will miss him.
