Our condolences to all of you on the loss of your Mother and we are sorry we were not able to attend her service today. She was one of the last of that great generation that sacrificed so much. During our time at Pine Ridge, it was obvious she was a favorite of many people there, and you all took very good care of her. Although you will miss her, she is finally at rest with your Dad in the best place.

Josie was a force of life and I always think of her with a smile. Fun, positive, upfront, kind, loyal, great smile, good mom, brave, a person my family was lucky to know. I know how you will miss her and what a hole in your heart it is to lose your mom. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Just think, she is with your Dad and smiling again. Robin Zollar

When I was a child, we used to visit Michigan and Aunt Jo in the summer. I remember her as the "fun" aunt, loving, generous in spirit, and always wanting the best for all of us. When I got older, I visited her again and found her to be honest and direct, qualities I value highly. Even though we have been separated by distance, she has been a constant in my life. My condolences to the entire family; I know she is loved and missed.
