I met Ed over 25 years ago while I was working at the fair grounds , at first I thought he was a grumpy old man but them I got to know him and turned into s good friend . Back then I would call him “Yokon” . I’ll never the day he brought in some home made sourkraut and sausage, and it was the best thing I had ever eaten , he even tought me to make home made sourkraut . Whenever I make it I will always remember those times .

Some of my fondest childhood memories were spent with your family. I remember your dad’s laugh and that he always let us jump in the huge piles of leaves that he had just raked. I’m sure my Dad and yours are causing a bit of a ruckus in Heaven. Love to all of you.

A few extra special memories I have of Uncle Ed... he used to send me cool old stamps for my collection when I was younger and many fun times at BCYF with Uncle Ed running lights at the concerts, boat rides & learning to ride a disc on the river, and most recently having the master teach us how to make his Fantastic sauerkraut! He called checking in on its progress, gave tips and encouragement! Just a few of many... Uncle Ed will be missed by all. Sending love & hugs to Aunt Barb, Carol, Karen and families?
