Each and every one of you is in our thoughts, with love and support. Steve was a true gentle giant and left his footprint on this earth in a big way. Janice, you were his tiny little cheerleader and the love of his life. Your devotion and unwavering care of him until he said his last goodbye was the purest example of love and commitment I know. All of his kids and grandkids pledged to come together as a family once a week, in part or as a whole and how he loved those gatherings!! He will be missed by us all.

Steve was like a father to me all through school. I will never forget the year we all went to FLorida for Christmas and drove down in that big comfy van. We had a blast. I didn’t sleep much with all of Steve’s snoring ;) but we sure laughed a lot that trip. He was a great guy with a big heart. He will be missed and I am so sorry that you all had to go through that. I love you all and know that I am praying for you and that you haven’t left my thoughts.
