There are a lot of things to remember and relate to Bob Rodgers. His love for Violet, and his family, cannot be matched. His southern "drawl" when he spoke. His love for Dodge Chargers. His passion for wrestling. His caring enough to take a younging' to a wrestling match every Sat. night at the North Side Gym, in Elkhart, in his Charger, is cemented in my heart. The '65 Silver with a black top was the "kickass", and he did. Loved every minute of it, never wanted it to end. Bob knew all the Wrestlers, so I got to meet everyone of them, each time. A couple of months ago, I thought about you, I wish now that I would have taken the time to look you up. I think about all those fight nights you took me on, and now I know that you were a fighter, also. Thank you, Sir. 50+ years later, the memories are as fresh as ever. God has Blessed you.
