Irene - I am so very sorry for the loss of your son. I cannot imagine the pain of losing a child no matter what age. Please hold on tight to all your precious memories. Love you my friend. Jeanne Mock McKelvey

I had the honour & pleasure of working beside Ryan in NATO Shape, Belgium. He had a great sense of humour and also a warm and friendly character. He will be sorely missed.

I never had the privilege of meeting Ryan, but I certainly enjoyed hearing the stories about him from Jessica while working with her. It’s clear that he touched so many lives in such a beautiful way. Rest In Peace, Ryan! I know you’re looking down on and watching over your beautiful family from Heaven.

Ryan, for as long as I can, I will remember playing bocce ball with you and those 2 other characters (who shall remain nameless) in the uncarpeted Business Library. That carpet glue made for an interesting time, didn't it?! ;-) You wouldn't roll that ball for anything, even after learning the course! Your play made some big thuds, brother! Even though not an ideal situation, I am glad we were able to talk about our experiences with T1D in our loved ones. It helped a great deal. Rest in peace, Ryan. Rest in peace.

Jessica and family of Ryan, Please accept my comfort and prayer for Ryan. Ryan was always gracious when I saw him at Mendoza and asked how I was doing. He offered coffee for me if David was not there. He loved supporting the children’s activities and talking about them with me. Take Care. Blessings of peace.
