We are so saddened by the news of Mike's passing. We are so thankful to of had the opportunity to meet you and Mike through our Cheer parent connection! Mike was always energetic and so welcoming and of course made us feel so welcomed! We loved to watch him with the kids and parents and to watch how proud he was to watch his daughter cheer! He definitely loved his family and his daughter's. We really feel privileged to have known Mike as he was such a great person and we only new him a few years so our hearts go out to not only all of you but all of his friends. Please know we are here for you. We send our love and prayers.

Growing up, we were backyard neighbors of the Turk family. Very quickly we formed a close relationship to this loving family. Mike stole all our hearts with his adorable little 7year old face and infectious laugh. Mike and my brother Butch became fast friends.
I’ll never forget the day, after I had gotten married, when this dashingly handsome, athletic man knocked on my door. I didn’t recognize him. Mike laughed and laughed. Mike had ridden his bicycle from Stevensville to Baroda to see me. I will cherish this memory of him always.
Becky and Les, Eileen and girls, my heart breaks for you. Mike was one of a kind and will be truly missed.

Mike was a Very Good Friend. He was like family to me ! He was Wonderful to be around.
Mike got me hooked on magnets ? I bought so many over the years from Mike people called me magnet man. If he did not have what you was looking for he would do his Best to find it. I will cherish the memories of his friendship seeing him Smile his Great Personality and Knowledge.
Mike Loved his family so much my prayers go out to the family he will be deeply missed by us all. ?
