Mary's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Mary here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
Kim, Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. You Mom was a very special woman. Growing up in Union Pier was a total joy and your Mom made it even more enjoyable. I remember she would always be on the look out for the children, always knowing what mischief we would be in and where. There was never a time that she would not scold me then called my grandmother to let her know of my antics. I always made it a point to stop by to say hello after we moved back to Chicago then spen weekends and summers in U.P. she was more like family than a neighbor. Mary will be missed by so many, yet the Love she shared will always live on in my heart! Stay strong and know that she is resting easy and is at peace, who knows she may be sitting at a table with my Grandparents sipping one of my Grandfather's famous martinis.

I have loved and treasured Mary Robinson since I was a little girl. I’m in my 50’s now. The words of wisdom, the open door, the sense of safety and belonging in her home. She was patient, honest, funny but demanded respect. She deserved respect. I will remember Mary always, her smile, her laughter, her generosity and words of wisdom over the decades. May she rest in peace.
