I would like to offer my sincere sympathy to his family. Lynn and i were both elected for the first time in 1976, although we served on opposite sides of the State he in Allegan and me in Saginaw County we served on many boards and commissions together. Lynn was always a pleasure to be around. His knowledge of his job and moral compass for always doing the right thing was admired by all his colleagues, I always looked forward to seeing and working with him. Rest in peace my friend and i hope to see you on the other side.

Lynn was my idea of a true Christian…not only by how he led his life but by how “worn” his bible was. I know his family can find comfort in the knowledge that he has crossed the veil and is now reunited with his beloved wife Marion. It was a true privilege knowing both of these remarkable people. “The eternal God is your dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms” Deuteronomy 33:27
