So sorry to hear about Jim. He and I worked together at Orcolite. We were supposed to meet next month in Michigan

Jimmy you were one great pitcher in Little League(Tigers) and Babe Ruth. You had a side arm curve ball that was unhittabe. RIP my friend!

I remember Jim as a good guy in High School. Then, in the 1990's, he'd stop at a Charlotte exit on his rounds as area manager for his company. We'd meet for coffee and chats every few months or so. Good times --- My sincere condolences to his family.

So sorry to hear of James’s passing. His dad and my dad were best friends and I spent a lot of time with James’s dad “Fikes” duck hunting in Oklahoma. Really thought highly of James’s dad so I know james had to be a good man.

I remember when 5 of us took off before our senior year in high school on a trip around Lake Michigan, we were a roundly bunch, thrown out of every state park for being a little too loud??. Got to Green Bay and snuck into the new Packers football stadium where we played catch with a football we brought along to get into shape??. Wound up in Milwaukee and watched “It’s a mad, mad, mad world” where Jim laughed so hard he fell out of his seat into the isle still laughing. Not to mention the sailor we picked up outside Chicago. Good times with good friends. Dick Kibler, Phil Deja, Jim, Grant Demars and myself had the time of our lives.
