I was so fond of your mom, she was lovely to me and always friendly! She and your dad were great parents and raised stellar men. I am sad that Mrs Salasky is gone, but I know she rests in peace with Mr. Salasky! I’m thinking of you guys!

Dear Salasky family. I am so sorry for your loss. I have known them since I graduated high school in 1963....my first job was with Mr. Nolan's bookkeeping service and I was honored to know all of them since then. I watch all the grandkids come to the office to visit . I loved them all !!

I'm so sorry to hear of her passing and of the horrible dementia. My mom passed at 90 on January 20th of the same thing. It's rough seeing this happen to a loved one but knowing she's at peace with God helps. Sending lots of caring thoughts and prayers to you all.

I met Rea in 1976 where the first Thursday night of every month we played bridge with neighbors. We started with coffee and tea but ever once in awhile Rea would let me add some Bailey’s to her coffee. She always had a twinkle in her eye and a smile on her face. When she moved next door to the home where she raised her boys she was so happy to still be in the neighborhood . She was a beautiful person inside and out. Her South Haven life was full of family and friends. That is what I will remember.

We met Mrs Salasky at St Basil’s when we moved here from Kalamazoo and we remarked that she was such a gracious lady. I stopped at her garage sale not long after that and was pleased to find many Irish items which started a wonderful conversation about Ireland. I still have many of her Irish treasures. Rest in Peace, Mrs Salasky

I can still see her and Bob walking down Monroe Blvd. Raising 4 boys after Bob died could not of been easy but she made it look that way. A good example of Grace. ?️
