Denise was so much fun. I will miss seeing her, she was a hoot, we could just laugh and laugh together. She always treated my family (Stefani) with so much love and I always looked forward to her hugs everytime I walked through DiMaggio's. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing and apologize I missed the service. My condolences to her husband and children. May her life memories fill your heart with love and comfort to warm your soul.

To Gene and family: the prior expression of sorrow and sympathy did not include Ann and Brian's names. Sorry for the mistake but the feelings are also genuine.

I have known Denise for a long time, she was such a wonderful person. Denise and Geno would help my dad out with taking care of and keeping watch over my Dad’s cottage. My father was Jack Galvin, I remember Geno and Denise coming over late at night when they were done with work and sitting in the bunkhouse talking for hours with my Dad. They had such a great friendship and Denise was always there for my Dad. Me and my family send our deepest condolences to Geno and his family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Denise, give my Dad a big hug for me!! Katie Harlan

My heart felt condolences to family. Denise was one hard working woman and it was always a surprise to see what she had to say next. Definitely going to be missed especially at Dimaggios. Rest peacefully ?

If you ever visited DiMaggio’s, you would quickly know and love Denise ! Never at a loss for words, especially if someone was hurting….she was a whirlwind ! We had so much fun chiding one another. My entire family, including my siblings loved her. My heart goes out to the entire family. Denise was a rare personality, with compassion and inner strength. We will miss her….

What local did not know Denise? She was a force to be reckoned with at DiMaggio's who commanded respect and earned so much love. Denise was a character and could read people like a book. My heart goes out to the Ginani family who shared her with all of us. There are holes in lotsa' hearts over her death. She would say, "ok, grieve, but live on. Live strong." God knows she did.
