David W. “Dave” Brow, 62, of Stevensville, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at his home.
A time of sharing will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 12PM, at Starks & Menchinger Chapel & Cremation Services, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. Friends may visit with Dave’s family on Thursday from 11AM until the time of sharing. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan, 5400 S. Dave was born on August 17, 1960, to James & Carol (Teske) Brow in St. Joseph, and graduated from St. Joseph High School. He served as a Military Policeman in the Army reserves, and worked for Heath/Zenith Electronics, and the City of St. Joe for many years. A lifelong music lover, Dave enjoyed playing live, and going to concerts. He loved the outdoors, especially the woods and golf course, and was most proud of his children and grandchildren.
Dave is survived by his two children, Anthony Brow of Kalamazoo and Elizabeth Brow of Wickenburg, AZ; grandchildren, Vincent & Alyssa Brow; siblings, Anne (Candy Sommers) Brow of Bridgman and Jackie (Andrew) Schrubba of St. Joseph; stepdad Wilbur Steinke; stepmother Sally Brow; aunt Juanita Fenderbosch; three nieces & nephews and four great-nieces and nephews.
Dave was preceded in death by his parents James Brow and Carol Steinke and mother of his children Terri Perdue.
