Carola's Obituary
Carola C. Meuer, 60, of Baroda, passed away, Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville.

Carola was born April 1, 1962 in Heidenheim, Germany to Hans Gunther & Elfreide (Maier) Meuer. In 1985, Carola moved to Detroit, and in 1998 settled in Baroda to raise her family. She attended trade school to learn CNC, and gained employment with AUSCO Products in Benton Harbor. Carola also worked in non-medical home health care, for Head Start, Elder Beerman and several other places over her career. She was a member of The DANK, was fluent in seven languages, and in her free time enjoyed kayaking, frisbee golf, having dinner with friends, and participating in the Warrior Dash to raise money for St. Jude’s.
Carola is survived by her children-Sarah Miller of Baroda, Catherine Miller of Manassas, VA, Alexandria Major of St. Joseph, Michael Miller of Baroda; siblings-Barbara Meuer & Thomas (Sabine) Meuer, both of Germany; and nephew & niece Felix & Sylvia Meuer, also of Germany. She was preceded in death by her parents.
