I’ve had the privilege of knowing Carol Stockman for many many years. she was, in so many ways an incredibly outstanding lady. We worked on many community projects together. Carol established The Benton Harbor Street Ministries with Reverend lAtterberry. The BHSM served many people in the community in so many ways All with Carols leadership and support. It was s typical that you would find Carol having a meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Whirlpool at 7:30 in the morning and then in the afternoon helping a young mother at the BHSM take care of her newborn baby. There is one line in the 23rd Psalm that I think tells the story of Carols life on his earth, “ He Leadeteth Me On A Path Of Righteousness For His Name’s Sake.” Rest in peace Carol we; loved you Jim, DeLapa

Beth and I were blessed to have known Carol in our life and help her with her many community efforts. We have fond memories of Stockman golf outings and dinners at her lovely home. Our community has certainly lost one of its best. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

My heartfelt sympathy to the family of Carol Stockman. Her remarkable life was devoted to the needs of her family, church, friends and community. No task was too small or too large for Carol when she was helping others. She was a capable manager with a great sense of humor and caring. Carol’s faith was evident in her daily life. My last memory with Carol was in May when a small group of family and friends got together for a brunch. As was usual when with Carol, we held hands while she offered a prayer of thanksgiving, forgiving, and blessing in her own words. Lovingly, Bernice

Carol a special, humble lady gave her best to everything she did. I had the privilege to work with her at the Courthouse and also the B.C. 4-H program. She will be remembered for kindness and compassion. May she rest in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My heartfelt sympathy to the family. Edith Nickel

My Mom Joyce Both & her sister Carol Stockman were my greatest role models & lifelong inspirations. The "Bartz girls" worked hard their whole long lives, did their best to serve the Lord and their families, and continually gave back to their communities. Love and miss you, Aunt Carol & Mom. Glad you're
