Where does one begin to express my deepest condolences to Mrs Booth’s family. What a beautiful tribute to such an amazing and strong woman. A true disciple of Jesus. I grew up down the street from the Booth family in Schiller Park. I remember riding my bike and would always see Betty tending to her garden in her jeans and flannel shirt after a long day of driving our school bus. I had the pleasure to be seated safely on her bus in grade school and high school. She was truly the best. I always knew her husband passed young, i guess i never realized how young. I never recall her feeling sorry for herself. Just forged on for her three daughters. I always thought that was best because i came from a family of three girls. I’m sorry to learn Sally passed as well. Knowing Mrs Booth, she is rejoicing in reuniting with her beloved who greeted her. She’s home. She arrived safely no doubt. Until we meet again… May God hold you in the palm of his hand

Mrs. Booth was a one of a kind lady - many precious memories over the last 30 years I have known here. I especially appreciate getting to know her better the last few. When asked how she was doing, "I'm rejoicing in the Lord!" It didn't matter what was going on, that was always her answer. And it was true. My prayers go out to all of her family. You had a gem of a Mom and Grandma. Because of her, I have some very precious friends. My prayers go out to all of you.
