Mrs. Willey was such a kind and generous lady. She was a good friend to our Mom, Barbra Kruggel, and as a duo, they were known as "the two Barb's". We all remember her fondly and looked up to her as a talented and strong woman role model. She will always hold a special place in our hearts. Please know you have our deepest sympathy.

What a wonderful lady and the impact she had on her community. Her family mirrors the beauty of her life as a caring and loving lady. I am fortunate we shared one dance. Smile.

One of my fondest memories is Ma Willey taking me, Mary, Guy, and Serena to Tiscornia beach for the day. We’d play in the water ALL day while Ma Willey watched us from the beach. We would then load up in the station wagon for home & hang our towels on the front porch . My heartfelt sympathy to Mary, Guy, Serena and the entire Willey family.

What a fabulous artist, wife and mother! I had the privilege of teaching several children of Foster and Barb Willey and everyone one of them were kind, loving and extremely talented young people! I so enjoyed getting to know them all and was fondly impressed with the parenting skills of Barb and Foster! Barb was one of the kindest and sweetest woman and a wonderful artist! Rest in peace dear friend! Love and blessings to all of the family!!
