Some years ago, my wife (Chris) and I were members of Ronnie's support team after his Dad passed. I remember his deep grief which at first we did not recognize. I now have a happy picture of the two of them now reuniting with fully cognizant joy.

So sorry to hear about Ronnie. We spent a lot of time together with him and his parents and Phyllis. They camped with us at the Soo. He liked spending time watching the boats go by in the St. Mary’s river. His Uncle Ralph and I enjoyed the time with him and the rest of the family.

I can see Ronnie with Aunt Betty and Uncle Ronald with Jesus in heaven. We Springett and Brinks kids spent a lot of time with Ronnie while waiting for the blueberries to dry in the mornings in the early part of the season. Spent hours up in his room running his trains, reading Dr. Seuss books, and watching TV. Ronnie always knew the most recent happenings in the family and was a good, hard worker. RIP cousin.

So sorry to hear. I have thought of Ron frequently over the last few years wondering what ever became of him. Thank goodness Aunt Phyllis always had his back! Rest in peace.

I met Ronnie in the early 80's when I worked at the workshop. We became friends. He would always try to sneak a cigarette from me just like Aunt Bet did.
