We lived next door to Bea and Ned for 20+ years and you couldn't ask for better neighbors. I cherish the memories I have of Bea, she was a fun, witty and vibrant woman. I pray for the family as you mourn her passing yet celebrate her life.
Sincerely,
Chad Mclelland on behalf of the entire Mclelland family.

Bea and Ned were the best. They welcomed our family into theirs with open hands and hearts. Bea stopped by Steve's funeral four years ago to say she wasn't staying but she wanted me to know she was thinking of all of us. My heart is with you...Jeff and family, Donnie, June, Emily...I found a few pictures from a shower Bea and Ned had for my mother and Mal. Always the hostess with the mostess. I'm sure she still is.

What a great neighbor and family friend. I can still picture Bea, Ned, Dorothy and Duke at a card table on Forres Avenue playing bridge until late at night. I still laugh at the stories of the bridge club ladies and their husbands from the annual trek to Barothy Lodge. I so appreciated her support while I was Moderator at our church and dealing with the congregation's uncertainty about costs and renovations needed to rebuild the organ. Bea was always sure to find me on Sunday mornings to say hello and catch up. Great memories of a wonderful woman.
