One of my fond memories of Ruth Ann is from long-ago when I attended her and Carole’s combined graduation celebration. I vividly recall admiring how beautiful she looked & thinking that when I got to high school, I wanted a hairstyle exactly like hers- short and somewhat poufy. Since I was nine at the time, and that 60’s style was not the fashion in the 70’s, I was never able to! Now, all these years later, I’ve read her tribute and admire her beautiful life well lived. Her diligent work in the church surely planted a lot of seeds. She truly exemplifies a life of faithful service to what really matters. My heartfelt condolences to the family, Ruth Ann was such a sweet and genuinely warm Godly woman. (Having moved out of state, I will always cherish the opportunity I had to talk with her six years ago at my uncle’s funeral.) Karen Schuler Wilson
