I had the pleasure of being Bernadette’s District Manager at Bath and Body Works. When I saw her last, she was on top of the world! We celebrated her five year anniversary and she was about to open her beautiful new Store. I’m sorry that she didn’t have the opportunity to connect with her Customers in her new Store but I am so glad that she was able to see her dream of opening her new Store come to life! She had such a passion for her Team, her Customer and her community and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to work with her and learn from her. She was one of a kind and she will be missed greatly by her BBW Family. My condolences to the entire family.

Recently learning this is just so sad to hear about.. I met Bernadette when I became the the salon manager at Ulta. We became friends and that continued after we both parted Ulta. I did her hair over the years, the last time during lock down at her house before her diagnosis.. of course Tom too.. I had the pleasure of meeting Steve, that small dog she thought she’d adopted. Well you all know, Steve is not small lol.. I learned professionally from Bern, and felt the love of being a part of her life. You will be greatly missed lady.. my thoughts are with you all as you navigate life differently now.. hugs Angela

I am so sorry to hear of Bernadette’s passing. I will miss her every present smile and infectious laugh! Met here through sports at Lakeshore. I especially remember our many shared memories of varsity tennis. She and Tom were always there cheering Amanda to victory. She was so proud of all her kids! We always caught up when I shopped at Bath and Body Works. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. We were blessed to meet her for the first time this summer where she welcomed us with open arms. She was truly a genuine, kind, funny, and full of life woman who will be missed by many. She had a laugh that was contagious. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family today and always.
