Russ shared with me early on how he and Sandra got to know and fall in love with Michael and DeVonta. I knew right then what kind of people they were (and Sandra is). Russ was filled with love, compassion, patience and generosity. I am so grateful to have gotten to know him a little bit during their time in Boise. Rest in peace, Russ. Cinda and Family

Working with Russell was more than an honor; it was a privilege. He was one of a kind. Even at Southwestern medical clinic he was always there to help others. A wonderful human being and friend to all. I know he will be missed. My sincere sympathy to his wife and family.

A group of us that graduated from High school with Sandra went out to Boise Idaho where Sandra and Russ were living, for our collective 60th birthdays. Sandra had signed us up for a white water rafting trip. Not one of us had been rafting before but were all game. Russ went to lookout points along our route and filmed us in all of our glory. A week after our return home we all received a copy of our river travel with the background music from the movie "Deliverance". Always a wonderful host and truly wonderful friend. Rest in peace Russ Judy Nitz
