We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of David here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
Please accept my deepest condolences. Dave and I spent several years growing up through our twenties having as much fun as possible. Although we moved apart I always considered him a close friend and miss not seeing him more. He was the kind of guy that would always light up a room or event. I will miss him

We are sending our deep sympathies to your family at this time David will be missed by your family but eternal life is his reward and seeing Jesus face to face will keep him smiling forever. I have fond memories of him as a little guy growing up on Hillcrest! Al and Jeanne

I was sad to hear of the passing of my high school friend.
Dave and I rode together almost every night to Allendale to hang out with our friends. My best memory of Dave is that he always had a smile on his face. My thoughts are with Dave’s family.

May your memories provide you comfort during this time. I am so sorry for your loss. David was authentic and fun loving. Loved his family, his community and his friends. He was there for me and my family during my brother's fight against COVID. His words of encouragement and support will be forever cherished. May he rest in peace and his family know he made a difference for many. Love, Marcia Visser

Dave was one of our group of friends from the Zenith Data Systems days. Always fun, always happy and always there for you. We were so happy when Dave found his soulmate and was rewarded with a son to complete his life. We know he will live on in your hearts always. Our sympathy goes to all of his family and many friends. He will be deeply missed.

Dave was my friend, one of my best friends, since the mid 1980's. I used to live in Chicago and would frequently stop and see Dave on my trips to visit my parents in Michigan or when I just needed to get out of the city for a weekend. It was great fun hanging out with Dave. He welcomed my friends when I brought them along. Regrettably, I did not get to see Dave much after I moved away in 2000. Dave was a great guy. He had such a positive attitude - I don't ever recall him being angry. I know Dave was very devoted to his family. I will miss him and I will not forget his friendship. My deepest condolences on your loss. Dave and I worked together many years ago at Heath and I also spent time with him over the years at youth baseball gatherings. Dave always had a smile on his face and time to say hello. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Many many years ago on a winter day I visited your home with my sis Ruth Numukwai before you had your son. Your husband was such an amazing host we felt so at home. I know you and Marshal are hurting so much. Can only pray for the comforting presence of the Holy Spirit to fill you up and comfort you????????MHSRIEP

Rhoda and Marshall:
At a time like this nothing helps but please take some solace in knowing his past workers and buddies are praying for you and your family. The sun will shine again and the memories will last forever.
