James's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of James here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
Jim will be missed by all of us, he was truly a mentor to his nephews (David and Jonathan). Memories of lunches at Roxy's during the busy summer bee season, instant Tasters Choice in the microwave. The last time we saw each other was on the Thursday prior to you leaving us. Bean and I were driving by the ranch and saw you pulling out. We stopped and chatted for a few minutes. The last thing we said was "slap it on, flip it over and put it on the plate", we were looking forward to steaks on the grill. Your smile will forever be etched in our minds. I know Bean will miss stopping at the ranch and visiting.

To Deb and family, I knew Jim from school. In our younger years we had some great times. I was glad to have him as a friend.
Residing in Rapid City SD has made it difficult to keep in touch with the friends I grew up with. Jim will not be forgotten, but will be missed. I am sorry for your loss. May God Bless you and keep you.

My condolences to the Dahlke family. I have fond memories of Jim and his bees. When my mom passed away it was a comfort to know he and the bees were still out there keeping an eye on the place. Always looked forward to his holiday honey deliveries.

Deb and family, I was so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I have many memories of his tool and die days at Whirlpool and his early beekeeping successes. His was a life well lived, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those left behind. Your family is in my prayers.
