Jerry, my heart goes out to you and your family. I am so glad you were able to spend time together, that was a blessing for you both. I remember your dad at Scottdale, he would help my mom with the elevator, which always rather scared her! He was so kind to her, and I will always be grateful to him for that.

Rest In Peace Uncle Ernie! Billy and I will never forget our summers at grandmas with you and grandma! Always getting in trouble for messing with the snapping turtles! Love you fly high!

I met Jerry at the Post Office in St. Joe when I started in 1964. I was new and inexperienced with the postal type service and Jerry helped me with advice and tutoring so I could get the hang of the business. I remember him as a good friend, bold and funny and he let you know when business had to be taken seriously. Jerry's son was born on my birthday June 30 and we would kid each other at that time. RIP old friend, you have made good impressions on the many people you knew in this life.

Rest is Peace dear brother. We may have lived many miles apart and not talked often, but you were always in my thoughts. Glad you were able to spend time hunting in New Mexico and with Steve.
