Donna's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Donna here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
I met Mrs. Bailey through her son, Gary. In fact, met both parents through Gary. They both were wonderful, gracious people. I remember playing cards with them and also visiting with them in their warm, friendly Dowagiac home. Donna's passing was not a surprise and I do realize that her last years were not her best, but I do remember the good times and know that she is happy in heaven being reunited with her loving husband. My thoughts and prayers go out to Gary and Patty, her surviving children.

I've known Donna Bailey and her husband, Ken, since I was in elementary school. Donna always knew the proper things to say and do. She gave her time freely to many causes. She and Ken raised a wonderful son and daughter who also have always done and said the right things and always looked out for each other. Donna and my mother, Mary, attended the same twice-weekly coffee group of a dozen lively widows in Dowagiac. Donna was also my mom's dining companion at the Cass County Medical Care Facility where Donna kept the conversation going with her inquiries about the weather outside, among other things. Our loss of Donna, which will be felt for a long time, is heaven's gain.

In honor of Donna, Shirley Myers lit a candle.
She was a very sweet lady always like to visit with her.

My condolences to Gary and Patti. Your mother, Donna, was a sweet and classy
lady. I have known her and your father, Kenny, pretty much since I was born as
they were good friend of my parents. Many fun memories from earlier days.
May they both rest in peace together for eternity.
