Mrs. Tall is was my fifth grade teacher in 1966-67. I LOVED her, she developed my love for embroidery; in her class I made a green burlap fish with many different stitches, I named her Lois! I am now a second grade teacher teaching in Benton Harbor Schools. It was teachers like Mrs. Tall is who helped develop my dream of teaching. She was a wonderful woman.

Mrs. Tallis was my 5th grade teacher at Fairplain East and she was one of my favorite! I have such fond memories of her, especially every morning we would say the pledge of allegiance and sing patriotic songs. We need more teachers like her in our class rooms today! She was such a joy and so glad she enjoyed a long life!
