Wyatt James Edward Finn, 12, of Dowagiac, passed away unexpectedly, on Friday, September 1, 2023, at his home.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00PM Friday, September 8, 2023, at Calvary Bible Church, 27032 Marcellus Hwy, Dowagiac. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, from 12:00PM until the time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Wyatt’s name may be made to Calvary Bible Church. Wyatt was born March 22, 2011, in Ogden, Utah, to William and Stephanie (Westover) Finn. He was currently attending school at Calvary Bible Academy where he was in the 6th grade. Wyatt was full of life, kind-hearted and knew no stranger, everyone was his friend. He loved being outside where he enjoyed playing baseball, basketball, and horseback riding. Wyatt had a passion for music and was proud to have learned how to play the violin. His family will remember Wyatt was an energetic and outspoken young-man who aspired to be the President one day. He will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends.

Wyatt is survived by his grandparents, Billy and Marjorie Finn; father, William Finn; aunt, Kim Symonds; uncle, Dan (Rachel) Symonds; cousins, Mark Symonds, Brayden Symonds and Carter Symonds; he was fondly known as “Wy Wy” to special friends, Cheryl and Bob; and his beloved church family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Stephanie Finn.
