Wolf's Obituary

Wolfgang Moneta, 78, of Baroda, passed away on June 2, 2023, in St Joseph, MI. He was born on May 6, 1945, in Bad Worishofen, Germany, to Luise and Johann Moneta. Wolf was a kind man who would help anyone that needed it. He was a skilled tool and die maker who apprenticed at Ender Tooling, Triple C, and Raco. He co-owned Tri M Mold with his brother's Manfred and Werner but then started his own business called King Products that he ran for 45 years.

Wolf came to USA at 12 years old. He started to learn English while attending St Paul's Lutheran School. He went to high school at Lakeshore High School before pursuing higher education at Lake Michigan College. He married his line dancing partner Margaret in 1993. They taught line dancing for several years. He had a love for woodworking and made many projects for family and friends. Each Christmas was a surprise of what he had made that year. He also loved computers, science, and space. Wolf was a member of St Paul's Lutheran Church, where he worshipped.

Wolf is survived by his daughters, Angela Meltinos (James) along with grandchild Demetria, Deborah Natale (Cono) along with step-grandchild Diana, Ericka Mueller (Mark) along with grandchildren Brandon and Ashley, step-daughter Suzi Moneta (David) along with step grandchild Danielle Foll (Matthew) and step great-grandchildren Arrianna and Jasper, and step-son Martin West along with step-grandchildren Stephany and Kaitlyn (Will). He is also survived by his brother, Manfred Moneta (Carol), and brother, Bruno Moneta (Renate). Wolf was preceded in death by his wife Margaret, mother Luise, father Johann, brother Werner and sisters Erica, Lina, Irma, Gretel, and Johanna.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12:00 P.M. Thursday, June 8, 2023 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 2673 W. John Beers Rd., Stevensville, with Rev. Jesse Knox officiating. Burial will follow at Ruggles Cemetery in Baroda. Friends may visit with the family Thursday from 11:00 until 12:00 P.M. at the Church.
