Wayne's Obituary
Wayne L. Busscher, 76 of South Haven, passed away at home on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 surrounded by family. Born on October 25, 1946 in Grand Rapids Michigan. United in marriage in 1973 to Dianne Morrison.
Visitation for Wayne will be held Friday, July 21, 2023 at Filbrandt Chapel, 1076 S. Bailey Ave, South Haven, from 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 12 p.m. Pastor Eric Jarvis will officiate. Wayne will be laid to rest with Military Honors at Lakeview Cemetery.
Wayne is survived by his wife of 50 years Dianne, children; Michael (Vicki) Hosier, Keith (Marcie) Busscher, Christopher (Jenny) Busscher, grandchildren; Tabitha, Megan, Austin, Alexis, David, Tyler, Joey, Jordyn, 4 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Also survived by siblings; Margaret Osman, Barbara Pruitt and Wally Roe.
Preceded in death by parents Wayne Sr. and Christine Roe, son Wayne Busscher and brother Terry Roe.
Wayne lived in South Haven most of his life. He proudly served in the U.S. Army out of Fort Hood Texas where he was a Tank Driver and Trainer. After serving he moved to Detroit where he met and married Dianne and together they had 4 children. He spent his working life as a truck driver. Wayne loved golfing, fishing and telling jokes. He will be deeply missed.
