Veronica "Bonnie"'s Obituary
Veronica "Bonnie" Neumann, 89, of St. Joseph passed away peacefully on Tuesday March, 29, 2022 and is now finally on the path to reconnect with her forever partner, John.
Bonnie was born July 9, 1932 in St. Joseph to Everett and Catherine (Lynch) Eggleston. She was a proud graduate of St. Joseph Catholic School and then on September 17, 1955 she married John Neumann and began a wonderful adventure with him in life, love, faith, work and fun.
Throughout her life, Bonnie was a true believer. Belief in the awesome power of God, family, church, friends and her special hometown of St. Joseph. Her life was fully dedicated to all of these and so much more. Bonnie was a faithful and active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Bonnie is survived by her sons David (the late Sherree) Neumann and Richard (Bonnie) Neumann; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband John; her parents; and eight siblings.
The family will receive guests from 4pm until 6pm, Sunday, April 24, 2022 at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am, Monday, April 25, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 220 Church St., St. Joseph, MI. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, St. Joseph. Memorial contributions may be given to Lake Michigan Catholic School www.lmclakers.org/giving.
