Tamesha's Obituary
Tamesha Renee Broyles was born March 17, 1974, to Lowenstein Broyles and Victor (Tito) Demott Tucker in Watervliet, Michigan. She attended Covert Public Schools and played on Covert Bulldogs Girls Basketball Team.
Tamesha relocated to Grand Rapids after graduation and attended Grand Rapids Community College taking several college courses. She chose the career path of customer service, where she worked for several years at the Baymont Hotel Hospitality Department.
Through her connection with young people and their children within her community, Tamesha was nicknamed "Humble Tee." Her heart was touched and ached for those who were in need, for those who fell on hard times. Because she could identify with them from her own past experiences, she was willing and determined to help everyone she could.
Tamesha was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to so many, both near and far, and established a bond of friendship with Erica Moore. She departed this life on Friday, October 6, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Natalie Broyles, grandparents, Grover Sr, and Roberta Tucker and uncles, Ricky Broyles, Monroe Tubner, and Larry Tucker.
Tamesha leaves to cherish her memory her children, Emmanuel Broyles, Sharda' Freeman, Jordan Broyles, Shanae Broyles, and Steven Reese all of Grand Rapids MI; her parents, Lavenstein Broyles of Kalamazoo MI, and Victor (Vicki) Tucker of Covert MI; sister, Tisha Kennedy, brother, Talonzo Broyes, special friend, Tameka Robinson, ten grandchildren, Clayvon Freeman, Mercedes Gates, Monte Gates, Aniya Gates, Emoni Broyles, Elaysha Broyles, Elijah Broyles, Cortez Broyles, Carter Broyles, and Ida'queen Reese; and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
Visitation will be at Lily of the Valley Church at 30600 M-140, Covert Michigan, 49043 on Friday, October 27, 2023 from 11:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M with Funeral Service Immediately following at 12:00 P.M. with Bishop Darryl K. Williams officiating.
