Steven Henry Dunsford

Steven was born on June 25th, 1961 to Dorothy Bell and Willard Dunsford in Lancaster, California. After Steven graduated from Dowagiac Union High School in 1980, he went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps later that same year in August of 1980. Steven had served in the United States Marine Corps from August of 1980 to September of 1982 as a Private First-Class Sharpshooter. In July of 1980 Steven met his beloved wife Ruth (Midkiff) Dunsford at the Ramona skating rink in Dowagiac, Michigan. Steven and Ruth went on to have two children Candice (Dunsford) Davis and Stephanie (Dunsford) Lenex. After Steven served in the United States Marine Corps, he went on to work as a delivery driver. In Stevens spare time he loved to spend time with his family. Steven was your typical smart nerd who fell in love with computers and he loved to watch movies/tv series such as The Hunt for Red October, StarTrek, and Star Wars.

Steven was preceded by his parents Dorothy Bell and Willard Dunsford, along with his step father Donald Myers. Steven is survived by his beloved wife Ruth Dunsford. Children Candice (Lenny) Davis and Stephanie (Joseph) Lenex. Grandchildren Kayle Pipkins, Zebadiah Lenex, Ezekiel Lenex, and Alexis Lenex. Siblings Donna Wojtovicz, Susan (Pete) Mejia, Stuart (Maricris) Myers, David (Lyn) Myers, and 24 nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
