Shirley Ann Jackson, age 83, of St. Joseph, MI, passed away, at 1:30 a.m. Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Royalton Manor in St. Joseph Michigan.
She was born February 14, 1939 in Hickman, Kentucky, to Oce and Annie Maybelle (Chappell) Williams. Shirley was united in marriage to Robert Jackson on March 15, 1955. Shirley was a member of Bright Star Tabernacle Church in Eau Claire, Michigan.
She is survived by her husband, Robert (Bob) Jackson of St. Joseph, MI; two sons Robert (Bobby) Jackson (Jennifer) of St. Joseph, MI and Tony (Bonny) Jackson of Ullin, IL; 9 grandchildren, Chase (Chelsea) Jackson of Chambersburg, PA, Justin, Dylan and Jaylin Jackson of St. Joseph, MI, Jami (Sonya) Allmon of Watervliet, MI, Ashley (Eric) Russell and Brooke Pind (Vincent) of Portageville, MO, Casey Jackson (Josh) of Sikeston, MO, and Savanah Jackson of Paducah, KY; 14 great grandchildren; two brothers, Billy (Nancy) Williams of Mayfield KY, Jimmie Williams of Anna, IL and one sister, Carolyn (Art) Walters of Marion, IL; niece Kimberly (Frederic) Zoschke, like a daughter she always wanted, of St. Joseph, MI and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Tommy Jackson, Tandy Jackson; and sister Helen Faye Barnhill.
The visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Bright Star Tabernacle Church 5130 Old Pipestone Rd, Eau Claire, MI. Following the time of visitation, the funeral service will be at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Fields presiding. Memorials may be made to Bright Star Tabernacle Church.
