Ronald “Ron” James Morrison, 63, of South Haven, Michigan passed away on May 18, 2023. Ron was born to Harley and Delores “Dollie” (Larion) Morrison on March 13, 1960 in Traverse City, Michigan.
Ron Graduated from South Haven High School in 1978. He married Maureen Davis on December 31, 1991. Together they shared 32 years of marriage. Ron worked for S2 Yachts, Tiara Yachts and did marine and boat repair. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and kayaking. He also liked to shoot pool. Ron participated in Zeke’s Ride for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Maureen Morrison of South Haven; son, Aaron (Jessica) Cisco of Birmingham, Alabama and daughter, Trina (Nicholas) Miller of Bangor, granddaughter & grandson-in-law, Alayah Till & Mitch Kreiger of Bangor. Also survived by sisters; Linda Alfieri and Michelle (Matthew) Ballard both of Denver, Colorado, and brother Kenneth (Suzie) Morrison of Fort Collins, Colorado.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Harley and Dollie Morrison; brother, Gary Morrison; and niece, Tara Morrison.
Visitation will be held at Filbrandt Chapel in South Haven on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 12:00 p.m., until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:00 P.M. Pastor Eric Jarvis will officiate.
