Robert Frank “Bob” Quint, 77, of Benton Harbor, MI., passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021.

Bob was born August 24, 1944, in Benton Harbor, to Robert and Hildegard ( Kruger) Quint. He graduated from Berrien Springs High School and continued his education at Western Michigan University, earning a Bachelor Degree in Earth Science and Anthropology. He married Kristine Anderson on June 26, 1971 at First Congregational Church in Benton Harbor. Bob worked as a Maintenance repairman for Continental Can and retired from Crown Cork & Seal. He was a Substitute Teacher for several years. He loved rocks, mineral and fossils, he was A President of Blossomland Gem & Mineral Society and a founding member and also a member of the Kalamazoo Gem & Mineral Society and Indian Mounds Rock and Mineral Society. Bob also loved fruit farming and working with stained glass. He was member of the Freemason Organization and The Order of the Eastern Star.
Bob is survived by his wife of 50 years, Kristine; his son’s, Adrian (Heather) Quint of Benton Harbor and Brian (Rachana) Quint of Arlington, VA; 2 grandchildren, and 4 step-grandchildren; brothers, Edward Quint and Arthur (Eve) Quint. He was preceded in death by his parents.
