Bob's Obituary
Robert Harold Myers, 68, of Decatur, passed away peacefully in the company of his long-time best friend and family on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at his home in Decatur.
Robert was born July 12, 1953 in Hartford, MI to Harold and Theresa (Ziesman) Myers. Bob will be best remembered for his friendly, happy go lucky nature. He never met a stranger, and always took the time to wave from his window or say hi to all who passed. His family described him as a jokester; always smiling and laughing. In his spare time, Bob enjoyed collecting die cast model cars.
Bob is survived by his sisters, Cora (the late Everett) Borgart, and Debbie (Mark) Shugars; his best friend, Paul Tortorelli; his sisters-in-law, Ann and Cindy Myers; and his nieces and nephews, all of whom he shared a special bond.
He is preceded in death by his siblings, Alma (William) Sirrine, Orlo Myers, Orville Myers, and Earl Myers; and his parents.
