Richard Paul Porter, Born May 24, 1954, passed away September 24, 2023.
Richard is survived by his brothers David and Joel and sister Elaine.
Richard was a native of Key Largo Florida. He worked with horses for over 50 yrs. Richard lived in Michigan working at numerous race tracks and caring for Thoroughbred horses. Weighing only 2. 2lbs at birth he made up for it with a huge heart for animals.
