Richard Milton's Obituary
Richard Milton Bushee, Sr., 92, passed away on November 8, 2024 at Wings of Hope Hospice House in Allegan, Michigan. He was born on August 16, 1932 to William and Minnie ( Breuscher) Bushee.
Richard was united in marriage to Joyce Johnson September 21st, 1957 in South Haven, Michigan.
Richard served in the army for two years.
With careers in machining, tool and die making and farming he brought both technical expertise and a strong work ethic to any project, from factory to field.
Richard is survived by his spouse, Joyce, children Richard “Rick” (JoAnn) Jr. and Meri Beth (David) Hill and grandchildren Lindsey, Josh, Corey, Alli and Monique.
He is preceded in death by his parents William and Minnie Bushee, sisters, Frances, Mildred, Myrtle and Marion and his brothers, Braton and Lawrence.
Richard was known for being a highly skilled craftsman, with a natural talent for woodworking and a knack for fixing just about anything. He especially enjoyed making furniture for his family. He was also a member of the Casco United Methodist Church.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 16th at 11:00 am at Casco United Methodist Church 880 66th St, South Haven, Michigan.
