Rhonda's Obituary
Baroda, MI - Rhonda June Gross, 73, of Baroda, Michigan, passed away peacefully in hospice care on September 11, 2023. She was born on October 28, 1949, to Roy and Bobbie
Ballard.
Rhonda was a kind and loving mother who adored her family, friends, and her beloved companion pets, Mr. Gibbs and Lulu. She had a generous heart and always extended helping hand to those in need. Rhonda had a contagious smile and a great sense of humor, which brightened the lives of those around her.
She is survived by her daughter, Erica Watkins/Richard, and her son, Jack Gross Jr. Rhonda
also leaves behind her grandson, Chris Watkins, foster granddaughter, Madison Hoge, sister, Donna Beilman/Andy, niece, Jennifer Beilman, and cousins in Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Rhonda attended Benton Harbor High School and dedicated 45 years of her life to the medical field. Throughout her career, she held various positions as a respiratory therapist, sterile technician, and endoscopic technologist. She enjoyed attending services with her family at The Anchor Church of God in Stevensville, MI. Rhonda’s hobbies included
spending quality time with her loved ones, drawing, baking cakes, and cooking. She cherished the moments spent shopping with her daughter, collecting various items and trinkets. Rhonda found joy in cuddling her companion pets, Mr. Gibbs and Lulu. She loved attending concerts with friends and family and cherished the time she spent traveling
to be with her son. Rhonda had a vibrant personality and was always willing to try new things.
A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, September 15th, at 3:00 P.M. at First Church of God, located at 5767 Red Arrow Hwy, Stevensville, MI. Cremation will take place on Thursday, September 14th. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Berrien County Humane Society in memory of Rhonda Gross.
