Rhonda K. (Bicard) Billingsley, 55, of Hastings, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2022.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at 10AM, at Buchanan Christian Church, 112 W. 3rd Street, Buchanan, with Pastor Nathan Babcock officiating. Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, February 18, 2022, from 4PM until 7PM, at Swem Chapel, 301 W. Front St., Buchanan. Memorial contributions may be made to Buchanan Christian Church, 112 W. 3rd Street, Buchanan, MI 49107, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105. Rhonda was born on June 3, 1966, to Dewey & Nancy (Carson) Bicard in Michigan City, IN. She graduated from Buchanan High School and then continue training to be a Nurses Aid. She enjoyed going for walks outside, hunting, and planting flowers.
Rhonda is survived by her children, Robert “Bobbie” Billingsley of Niles and Kasey Kelley of Niles; mother Nancy Bicard of Buchanan; four grandchildren; brother, Randy (Kim) Bicard of Buchanan and Rod (Angie) Bicard of Decatur, AL.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her daughter Heather Billingsley; father Dewey Bicard; and sister Renee Bicard.
