Phillip Dean Reed, 69, of Benton Harbor, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital- Chicago, IL.
Phillip was born on August 28, 1953 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Leonard & Audrey (Williams) Reed. He graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1972 and then attended Lake Michigan College.
Phillip was employed in the pest control industry for several years and then in 1989 founded and was CEO of Lake Michigan Pest Control Inc. He was a member of the Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors and has been a well respected member of the business community for over 30 years.
Phillip is survived by his siblings, Jack Reed, Steven Reed, nieces Megan and Kaitlin Reed and family Daniel Stuck, David Fercho, and Todd Heeter. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Phillip will be deeply missed by the many people who were touched by his large heart, generosity, truthfulness, and fair sense of business.
