Nancy Carol (Graf) Judkins, 78, of Stevensville, MI., passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at her home. Memorial donations may be made to Christ Lutheran Church 4333 Cleveland Ave, Stevensville, MI 49127. Those wishing to leave an online condolence may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com.
Nancy was born on March 20,1945 to Gilbert and Vera (Zimmerman) Graf in South Bend, Indiana. She graduated from Adams High School in South Bend in 1963 and continued her education to receive her Bachelors of Education from Indiana State University. Nancy was a Kindergarten teacher in the Coloma Lutheran Schools. She met and married Joseph Judkins in South Bend Indiana on January 28, 1967, they celebrated 56 years of marriage.
Nancy loved spending time with her family whether watching her children or grandchildren in sporting events, providing her famous “Pizzelle” cookies for all of their events, everyone looked forward to trips to the cottage to enjoy the boat and jet skiing with family and friends. Nancy could be found sitting on the dock with a good book watching her grandkids enjoying the cottage.
Nancy is survived by her husband: Joe Judkins, daughter; Julie Ann (Tom) Moneta, son; Tim (Alyssa) Judkins, grandchildren; TJ (Emily) Moneta, Alex (Sarah) Moneta, Christopher Judkins, great grandchildren; Myles Moneta, Cameron Moneta, sister; Jeanette Foot. She was preceded in death by her parents Gilbert & Vera Graf and her sister Joanne Downer.
