Morgan's Obituary
Morgan Arthur Ondrus, 36, of Union Pier, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, October 31, 2022. Morgan was born August 6, 1986, and lived in the area his entire life. He was a 2005 graduate of New Buffalo High School.
Morgan is survived by his mother, Margaret (Marji) Ondrus; his grandmother, Jessie Ondrus; sister, Ondrea (Ondi) Ondrus, and Uncle, Arthur Ondrus, all of Union Pier; and by his sister Rachael (Conor) O’Brien of Seattle, Washington. Also surviving are nephews, Andrew and Shawn O’Brien, and nieces Jordan Crawford and Reese Watkins. With his passing, Morgan leaves behind many friends and cousins.
From an early age, Morgan loved anything with an engine. He was passionate for trains at an early age, then tractors, ATV’s, and motorcycles as an adult. He loved animals, especially the family dog. He was employed as a plumber.
He loved spending time with his family and will be greatly missed as a loving son, grandson, brother, and uncle.
Visitation with the family will take place on Tuesday, November 8th from 5pm to 7pm at the Sommerfeld Chapel in New Buffalo. Private family services will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery in New Buffalo.
