Mildred's Obituary
Mildred Lorene Canada 94, of Pullman passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Douglas Cove in Douglas Michigan. Born May 9, 1929 in Flora Oklahoma to Herbert and Ora Morris. United in marriage on October 4, 1943 to the late Ralph Canada.
Visitation for Mildred will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 at Filbrandt Chapel Funeral Home, 1076 S. Bailey Ave, South Haven, Michigan, from 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 12 p.m. Pastor Ricky Bray will officiate. Mildred will be laid to rest in Lee Twp. Cemetery.
Mildred is survived by son Gary Canada, daughter Patrie Benefiel, 9 Grand Children, 14 Great Grand Children and 16 Great -Great Grand Children. Also survived by her sister Linda Burton.
Preceded in death by husband of 43 years, Ralph Canada and 5 siblings.
Mildred worked for Lovejoy Industries for 35 years before retiring. She was a warm loving woman. A woman of great faith, who loved her family and was very involved in her church. When not with her family she enjoyed sewing and quilting.
